		NEWS: The original (1964-66 !)Gunter Hampel "Heartplants" Quintet with Manfred Schoof,Alexander v. Schlippenbach,Jan Roda bass, Pierre Courbois dm will have a concert in VILLINGEN , at the Tonhalle Saturday,June 19th 2o h. The concert will also feature Lee Konitz (Solo). Gunter Hampel will hold a 2 concert serie at the Knitting Factory, Sept.4. 9pm,and 9. th at 11 pm. in NEW YORK Gunter will be recording a new CD for Birth in New York City. In the line-up will be besides Hampel, Christian Weidner as,Nils Wogram tb + tba bass + drums from NYC. Gunter Hampel will be in New York from July 27th until September 2o.
